Under new owner BPG Properties, Kemper Lakes is undergoing $20 million in capital improvements, including:

• Driveway-to-doorway enhancements enlivening the landscaping, entrances, lobbies and common areas
  
  
• Systems updates including multiple electrical feeds and backup power that are literally energizing the business environment
  
  
• Services upgrades, from 24/7 manned security to top-tier on-site management, taking the tenant experience to a new level
  
  
• Amenities enhancements adding new features to the state-of-the-art fitness center, conference facilities, food court and on-site day care.
